Adfreeze Pile Foundation w/ Passive Refrigeration (Thermosyphons)
Piles are driven down into stable permafrost. Once they freeze in place they are less likely to jack out of the ground. Using a thermosyphon to passivley freeze the ground adds extra stability to the building. This foundation can be adjustable and allowing air flow under the building keeps the ground colder.
